Returns & Exchanges Policy – Ansh London

At Ansh London, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible.


Returns – What You Need to Know

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any items you're not satisfied with.

✅ Eligible Items for Return:

  • Must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • Must have all original tags, packaging, and labels attached

  • Must be free of any signs of wear, including makeup stains, fragrance, or damage

Please note: Items that do not meet these criteria may be returned to the sender without a refund.


How to Return Your Order

We offer a flexible return process, meaning you can return your order via any courier or postal service of your choice. We do not currently offer free returns.

  • Please include a note with your order number, name, and reason for return inside the parcel to help us process your return faster.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we are not liable for any items lost or damaged during return shipping.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or sent in error.


Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for different sizes, colours, or styles (subject to availability).

To arrange an exchange:

  1. Email us at info@anshlondon.com with your order number and the details of the item you’d like to exchange.

  2. Our team will confirm availability and provide further instructions.

  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your replacement item.

Please note: We do not hold items for exchange without prior contact, so we recommend emailing us before sending anything back.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@anshlondon.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the fault or incorrect item

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including return postage costs where applicable.


Important Notes

  • Returns received after the 14-day return window may not be accepted.

  • Any items returned that do not comply with our policy may be returned to you at your own expense.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
